Speech-Language Pathologist | Michigan | Full-Time

Help Students Communicate With Confidence

Looking for a school-based SLP opportunity where your expertise can make a difference every day? Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in a Michigan school district.

In this role, you’ll provide individualized speech and language services tailored to each student’s needs. You’ll evaluate communication skills, deliver targeted therapy, and introduce strategies that help students participate more effectively in the classroom, connect with peers, and build confidence.

Further Details:
  • Evaluate student communication and performance.
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Provide clinical recommendations and student updates.
  • Develop individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
  • Participate in student support and educational planning meetings.
  • Provide direct speech and language services to elementary students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service professionals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and Michigan requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective organization and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with school-based teams.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Active Michigan SLP license or eligibility for Michigan licensure.
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
