About the Role
We are looking for a Structural Engineer to design, analyze, and review structures for projects. You will work with architects, MEP engineers, and site teams to produce safe, code-compliant, cost-efficient structural designs, from concept to construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of RCC, steel, and structures for buildings and other projects
• Prepare and review structural drawings, calculations, BOQs, and design reports
• Design foundations, slabs, beams, columns, shear walls, and retaining structures based on geotechnical reports
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes and standards (e.g., Building Code of Pakistan, ACI, ASCE, AISC, or as specified by the client)
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other disciplines to resolve clashes and design changes
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and contractor queries (RFIs)
• Carry out site visits and inspections to verify that work follows the approved design
• Assist with value engineering and propose practical, cost-effective solutions
• Support quantity estimation and tender documentation when needed
• Maintain accurate design records and meet project deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Structural specialization is a plus); Master's preferred
• 7+ years of experience in structural design, with a consultancy or construction firm
• PEC registration is required or preferred
• Strong command of ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, and is a plus
• Solid understanding of structural codes, seismic design, and construction practices
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple deadlines
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
