Fiberglass Door Stainers / Spray Painters

We are looking for experienced Fiberglass Door Stainers / Spray Painters with hands-on experience applying water-based staining products. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using commercial spray-painting equipment and completing a three-step application process while maintaining consistent colour, finish, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fiberglass doors and surfaces for staining and finishing.
  
• Apply water-based stain products according to established procedures.
  
• Complete the required three-step staining/application process.
  
• Set up and operate commercial spray-painting equipment.
  
• Ensure consistent colour, coverage, texture, and finish.
  
• Inspect completed doors for defects and perform touch-ups when required.
  
• Follow production specifications and quality standards.
  
• Properly clean and maintain spray equipment and work areas.
  
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
  
• Meet daily production requirements while maintaining quality.
  

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant staining or spray-painting experience.
  
• Experience staining fiberglass doors is strongly preferred.
  
• Knowledge of water-based staining products.
  
• Hands-on experience with commercial spray-painting equipment.
  
• Strong attention to detail and colour/finish consistency.
  
• Able to work independently in a production environment.
  
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
  
• Available to work 7:00 AM–3:15 PM and overtime when required.
