Tech Lead / Engineering Manager

We are looking for an Engineering Manager with 6+ years of product-focused engineering experience to lead and grow our engineering team. You'll partner closely with the CTO to drive technical direction, ship core products powering our audio data research platform, and build a high-performing team at one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies.

What will you be doing?

• Hire, structure, and mentor the engineering team while setting and upholding high performance standards
  
• Scope and ship new products enabling researchers to leverage high-quality audio data and develop novel insights
  
• Build scalable data processing pipelines that extract actionable insights from terabytes of audio data daily
  
• Architect systems to 100× capacity for collecting, curating, and delivering data to leading speech model teams
  
• Partner with the CTO to drive technical direction and execute against an ambitious product roadmap
  

Key Requirements

• 6+ years of product-focused engineering experience with strong web development fundamentals
  
• Experience leading technical teams through rapid growth phases at high-growth startups or scale-ups
  
• Track record of shipping products from zero-to-one and scaling them in fast-paced environments
  
• Comfort solving ambiguous, unsolved problems with tangible customer impact
  
• Bias towards action with detail-oriented execution; former founders or 2+ years of EM experience a plus
