AI/ML ENGINEER

Summary
We are seeking a seasoned AI/ML Engineer to drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning solutions within our IT Services division. This pivotal role involves leveraging deep learning architectures and neural networks to solve complex business challenges, ensuring that robust production-grade ML pipelines are established and maintained. The successful candidate will play a critical part in enhancing our technological capabilities, specifically in areas such as chatbot development, image processing, and the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML models using Amazon Web Services and SageMaker.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable deep learning models and neural network structures tailored to specific business requirements.
  
• Design, build, and optimize production-ready machine learning pipelines to ensure efficient model training, validation, and deployment.
  
• Develop and integrate conversational AI solutions, including the creation and refinement of advanced chatbot functionalities.
  
• Apply computer vision techniques to process and analyze image data for actionable insights and automated decision-making.
  
• Utilize Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Amazon SageMaker to manage the full spectrum of AI/ML operations, from experimentation to live deployment.
  
• Continuously monitor and refine deployed models to maintain high performance, accuracy, and reliability in dynamic environments.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into technical AI/ML strategies and deliverables.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 8 to 12 years of professional experience within the IT Services sector, with a strong focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning.
  
• Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure and tools.
  
• Show proven hands-on experience in developing deep learning models, neural networks, and complex AI/ML architectures.
  
• Have a solid track record of building and managing production ML pipelines that support real-world applications.
  
• Exhibit specific expertise in chatbot development, image processing algorithms, and the deployment of AI/ML models in live environments.
  
• Be well-versed in the full lifecycle of machine learning projects, from initial concept and data preparation to final model deployment and maintenance.
  
• Hold a competitive compensation package ranging from ₹18 to ₹22 LPA, commensurate with the required expertise and experience level.
