Sales Representative

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Sales Representative to assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable service throughout their experience. This position combines customer assistance, product knowledge, and sales responsibilities in an active, in-person environment.

The Sales Representative will help customers explore available products and services, answer questions, make recommendations, and ensure merchandise and promotional areas remain organized and presentable. The ideal candidate is approachable, dependable, and comfortable working with customers throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and determine how you can best assist them.
• Help customers compare products, features, and available options.
• Make recommendations based on individual preferences and needs.
• Demonstrate products and explain features in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Provide information about current offers, promotions, and service options.
• Assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
• Answer product questions and address general customer concerns.
• Maintain familiarity with available merchandise and new product offerings.
• Organize product displays, promotional materials, and customer areas.
• Monitor product presentation and replenish materials when needed.
• Assist with customer transactions and related documentation.
• Maintain an orderly and welcoming environment throughout the day.
• Coordinate with team members to manage customer needs during busy periods.
• Complete opening, closing, and other assigned daily responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, merchandising, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable approaching and assisting customers.
• Ability to learn product features and explain them clearly.
• Strong listening skills and a helpful, solutions-oriented approach.
• Organized and attentive to product presentation and details.
• Ability to manage several customer needs during busy periods.
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable working in an active environment.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team.
• Previous customer-facing experience is beneficial but not required.
