DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Career Development Professional who enjoys helping people explore new directions, recognize the value of their existing experience, and consider possibilities for continued professional growth.

This remote, contract-based role involves connecting with individuals who are exploring career and professional development options, conducting structured one-to-one conversations, providing information about established personal and professional development programs, and maintaining thoughtful follow-up.

The role is well suited to someone with experience in career development, coaching, education, consulting, human resources, leadership, or another people-focused profession who is comfortable working independently.

Structured onboarding, established systems, mentorship, and ongoing professional development are provided.

Role Structure: This is an independent, contract-based role rather than salaried or hourly employment. Compensation is performance-based and tied to individual activity and results. Earnings are not guaranteed and individual results will vary.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in career development, coaching, education, consulting, leadership, HR, or professional development

Strong active-listening and communication skills

Ability to conduct professional one-to-one conversations

Confidence asking thoughtful questions and understanding individual goals

Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills

Comfortable following up with prospective candidates

Self-directed and capable of managing time and priorities independently

Comfortable using digital communication and online business tools

Willingness to learn and follow established systems and processes

Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development

Comfortable working within a contract-based, performance-driven structure
