Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury / Mass Tort

nationally recognized and rapidly growing Personal Injury and Mass Tort law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience to join its Columbus, Ohio office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex litigation, including mass torts, class actions, environmental torts, sexual abuse claims, or personal injury matters, and experience handling cases in both state and federal courts.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  
• Active license to practice law in Ohio and in good standing with the Ohio Bar.
  
• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience.
  
• Experience in personal injury litigation and/or complex litigation matters such as mass torts, class actions, sexual abuse claims, or environmental torts.
  
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  
• Ability to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
  
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
