Check product details, quantity, price, and discounts.
Pack products safely and neatly as per order requirements.
Verify items before packing and dispatch.
Maintain billing and packing records.
Coordinate with delivery agent and customer.
Handle customer queries related to billing and orders.
Report billing errors, missing items, or damaged products to the manager.

Requirements

Minimum 12th qualification/any bachelor degree.
Basic computer and billing software knowledge [zoho].
Good calculation and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to pack products carefully and efficiently.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Responsible, punctual, and organized.
Previous billing/packing experience is an advantage.
