Junior Banking Lawyer - Top Luxembourg Law Firm

The Banking & Finance team operates in a demanding, sophisticated and highly international environment. You will work alongside experienced lawyers on complex transactions for leading banks, financial institutions and international corporates.

This is a particularly strong opportunity for a junior lawyer who wants to develop in Banking & Finance and build a long-term career within one of Luxembourg's top legal environments.

Your Responsibilities :

• Assist with banking and financing transactions.
• Draft and review loan, security and finance-related documentation.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research on Luxembourg banking matters.
• Assist with legal due diligence and transaction documentation.
• Support senior lawyers on acquisition finance, corporate finance and secured lending transactions.
• Prepare corporate approvals and security documents.
• Liaise with clients, banks, notaries and other advisers.

Your Profile :

• Master's degree in Law.
• First experience in banking, finance, corporate law or a Luxembourg law firm is an advantage.
• Strong interest in Banking & Finance.
• Excellent analytical and drafting skills.
• Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
• Motivated, rigorous and eager to develop.
• Able to thrive in a demanding and high-performing environment.
