If you are interested, please send your CV to info@tandooriexpress.nl or visit our website at www.tandooriexpress.nl.The Role: Independent working chef -IJob Description and Tasks: From our new colleague, we expect that he/she will:Prepares the ingredients for the dishes and assess the quality of the products/ingredients.Applies basic cooking techniques, prepares and presents dishes according to recipes and quality standards.Carries out preparatory work (cutting, mixing, etc.) and intermediate quality controls.Is responsible for inventory and order management, and keeping the kitchen and equipment clean.Professionally supervises assistant(s) and provides input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu card, and methods.Contribute ideas for recipes, menu updates, and more efficient processesSupervising compliance with regulations and the work of the assistants.Your Profile:MBO 3 working and thinking level. Someone who has demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
