What You'll Do:

🔹 Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and support

🔹 Identify customer needs and offer relevant solutions

🔹 Sell/upgrade

individual products and product packages to existing customers depending on the

need

🔹 Achieve sales targets and performance metrics

🔹 Resolve

customer’s concern, promote product and client loyalty

🔹 Provide

services and assistance for customer’s billing concerns

What We're Looking For:

✅ Minimum 6 months experience in a BPO setting

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Strong problem-solving abilities

✅ Ability to work onsite in Quezon City

✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
