HVAC Manager

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Manager to manage multiple HVAC projects from design coordination and procurement through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover. The role involves technical management, team leadership, project planning, cost control, quality and safety management, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple HVAC projects, including planning, execution, schedules, budgets, and resources
  
• Review HVAC designs, shop drawings, material specifications, and technical submissions
  
• Supervise installation of chilled water, VRF/VRV, ducting, ventilation, AHU/FCU, and related systems
  
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other MEP teams
  
• Lead HVAC testing, commissioning, TAB activities, inspections, and final approvals
  
• Monitor procurement, material deliveries, project costs, subcontractor invoices, and value engineering opportunities
  
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, and applicable HVAC codes
  
• Lead project teams, monitor productivity, resolve technical issues, and maintain project documentation and reports
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  
• 10–15 years of HVAC experience in MEP contracting, including at least 5 years in a managerial role
  
• Strong experience in commercial, residential, industrial, and high-rise projects
  
• Good knowledge of HVAC design, load calculations, installation, testing, commissioning, and BMS coordination
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and Microsoft Office; Revit MEP is an added advantage
  
• Strong leadership, project management, technical decision-making, negotiation, and client management skills
  
• PMP or relevant HVAC/Project Management certification is preferred
  
• Willingness to travel between project locations and work extended hours during critical project phases
