SAP CPI with SuccessFactors Integration Specialist

Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex data flows between SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SuccessFactors solutions. In this pivotal role, the incumbent will ensure seamless connectivity and data integrity across enterprise systems, specifically focusing on the integration of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central. This position is critical for maintaining robust, secure, and efficient business processes, requiring a deep understanding of cloud-based integration technologies and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy integration scenarios utilizing SAP CPI to facilitate real-time and batch data synchronization between on-premise SAP HCM and cloud-based SuccessFactors modules.
  
• Configure and manage the SAP BTP Cockpit to oversee the execution of integration flows, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  
• Implement and maintain robust security protocols, including the management of security credentials, certificate handling, and precise value mapping strategies to protect sensitive organizational data.
  
• Collaborate with functional teams to analyze requirements and produce comprehensive technical documentation detailing integration architecture, data models, and configuration specifications.
  
• Perform continuous monitoring of integration processes, utilizing debugging tools to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve runtime errors or performance bottlenecks promptly.
  
• Provide technical leadership and support for the integration of SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring data consistency across the HR landscape.
  

Requirements

• Possess 5 to 7 years of professional experience in SAP integration technologies, with a proven track record in SAP CPI and SAP BTP environments.
  
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in SAP HCM integration patterns and the specific nuances of connecting with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  
• Exhibit strong expertise in navigating the SAP BTP Cockpit, managing security credentials, and executing complex value mapping transformations.
  
• Have a solid background in creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation for integration solutions.
  
• Show hands-on capability in monitoring integration journeys, performing root cause analysis, and debugging issues within the SAP CPI runtime.
  
• Hold relevant certifications or demonstrated expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration and SuccessFactors integration frameworks.
