The Role & Environment Your primary focus will be caring for the family’s 8-month-old infant, with occasional support for their 5-year-old child. The family travels to West Palm Beach on Friday afternoons and returns to Boca Raton on Monday mornings. Because this is a fully staffed estate—working alongside other nannies, housekeepers, a private chef, and a personal assistant—the ideal candidate must be highly collaborative, patient, and comfortable integrating seamlessly with other household professionals.

Core Responsibilities

Dedicated Infant Care: Managing all aspects of the 8-month-old's daily routine, including feedings, naps, and maintaining consistent schedules.
Developmental Play: Engaging the infant in age-appropriate milestones and enriching activities.
Sibling Support: Jumping in to assist with the 5-year-old as needed to support the parents and the broader childcare team.
Travel & Transitions: Ensuring a smooth transition between the Boca Raton and West Palm Beach residences every weekend.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional childcare experience, with specialized expertise in infants.
