Sales Executive

We are looking for driven, energetic Sales Executives to join our growing team and play a key
role in selling our premium residential projects.

• Handle walk-ins, leads, and site visits — convert prospects into customers
  
• Follow up diligently with leads across all stages of the sales funnel
  
• Understand customer requirements and present the right product fit
  
• Coordinate with CRM and documentation teams post-booking
  
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for referrals and repeat business
  

Requirements

• 2–5 years of real estate sales experience (residential preferred)
  
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
  
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  
• Familiarity with Bangalore's real estate market is an advantage
  
• Comfortable with weekend site visits and client meetings
