You'll spend your day meeting homeowners in assigned neighborhoods, learning about their needs, and connecting interested customers with our sales team.

No previous sales experience is required. We're looking for people who are willing to learn, enjoy working with others, and are motivated to reach their goals.

What You'll Do

• Speak with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods and introduce Elevate Windows

• Start friendly, professional conversations and learn about customer needs

• Explain our window solutions and answer basic questions

• Identify homeowners who may be interested in learning more

• Qualify potential customers using established guidelines

• Schedule appointments for experienced sales representatives

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments

• Manage your assigned territory and daily activities

• Represent Elevate Windows professionally in the community

• Stay positive and professional when handling customer objections or rejection

Requirements

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable personal vehicle for daily travel within your assigned territory

• Ability to work on your feet and remain active throughout the day

• Comfortable working in residential neighborhoods

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with homeowners

Compensation

Successful Appointment Setters may earn approximately $6,500–$14,000 per month, depending on individual performance and appointments generated.

Actual earnings may vary based on performance and applicable compensation terms.

Work Arrangement
