Job Summary We are seeking an urgent, highly qualified ServiceNow Lead Developer specializing in Hardware Asset Management (HAM/HAM Pro) to drive end-to-end asset lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will handle complex enterprise hardware workflows, inventory tracking, and reconciliation configurations.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and configure ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM / HAM Pro) modules, covering the complete hardware lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
  

• Establish automated asset tracking, stockroom management, hardware normalization rules, and compliance dashboards.
  

• Configure and tune the Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) to ensure data accuracy and seamless CI-to-asset mapping within the CMDB.
  

• Develop custom Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer workflows, and IntegrationHub configurations.
  

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional support teams, administrators, and client stakeholders to resolve technical bottlenecks and maintain system alignment during the 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST daily shift schedule.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of dedicated hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and platform administration.
  

• Deep functional and technical proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro).
  

• Strong technical scripting background utilizing JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow web service integration frameworks.
  

• Proven capability to operate in a hybrid on-site environment across Bangalore or Hyderabad.
