General Manager – Wendy's
Elkins, WV | $60,000–$70,000/year + Bonus

Are you a hospitality leader ready to run your own restaurant? We're looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our Wendy's location in Elkins, WV. This is a hands-on leadership role with real growth potential — our restaurant group operates multiple national brands, and top performers have the opportunity to grow into multi-unit and cross-brand leadership roles.

What You'll Do

• Own the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
  
• Recruit, train, and develop a team of assistant managers, shift leads, and crew members
  
• Drive sales performance while maintaining Wendy's brand standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest service
  
• Manage P&L responsibilities including labor cost, food cost, and controllable expenses
  
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations
  
• Build a positive, people-first culture that keeps employees engaged and guests coming back
  

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of General Manager or senior management experience in quick-service or fast-casual restaurants (QSR experience strongly preferred)
  
• Proven track record of hitting sales, labor, and profitability targets
  
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, coach, and retain a hard-working team
  
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
  
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays
