Job Overview
We are looking for a Java Full Stack Developer with AI/GenAI experience to build scalable enterprise applications and AI-powered solutions.

$57-60/HR on W2

Location/Work Mode
New Jersey – Onsite

Need OPT EAD, USC, GC, H4-EAD, TN Only-W2/fulltime

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Java Full Stack development
  
• Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs
  
• React.js or Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript
  
• SQL / relational databases
  
• Generative AI / LLM integration
  
• RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases
  
• Experience with Spring AI, LangChain4j, LangChain, or LangGraph
  
• AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
  
• Git, JUnit, Agile/Scrum
  

AI / GenAI Requirements

• Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI/LLM capabilities into applications
  
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and LLM APIs
  
• Experience with one or more: Spring AI, LangChain4j, LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock
  
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Redis, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, pgvector, or similar is preferred.
  
• Experience developing AI agents / Agentic AI workflows is a strong plus.
  

Preferred Skills

• Agentic AI, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and enterprise/financial services experience.
