Data Analyst

Summary:This role is responsible for supporting the organization's data management initiatives. This includes data analysis, data quality assurance, data governance, and data reporting. This role will work closely with team members to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. This role will also assist in the development and implementation of data management policies and procedures. Expectations to learn and apply industry best practices and stay up-to-date with emerging trends in data management. • They are expected to have a solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database technologies

Key Responsibility:

Collect and analyze data to identify trends and patterns ▪ Develop and maintain databases and data systems ▪ Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and security ▪ Generate reports and dashboards to communicate insights and findings ▪ Assist in the implementation of data management policies and procedures ▪ Provide technical support for data-related issues ▪ Conduct data quality checks and audits ▪ Assist in the development of data governance frameworks ▪ Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes ▪ Implement and maintain data warehouses and data lakes ▪ Ensure data quality and integrity across all data sources ▪ Optimize data storage and retrieval for performance and scalability ▪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve data related problems ▪ Develop and maintain data documentation and metadata ▪ Stay up-to-date with emerging data technologies and trends

Experience & Education:

5+ years of experience in data Analysis or a related field • Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes • Strong expertise and hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks • Knowledge of data management principles and best practices • Experience with data analysis and data quality assessment • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and processes • Role specific business application knowledge • Proficiency in SQL and data querying • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
