Product Manager (PO), ServiceNow Service Graph and CMDB Integration Strategy

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field, or equivalent education and/or experience deemed acceptable
  
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT/software product management, or equivalent relevant experience as a Product Owner
  
• Experience as a ServiceNow Product Owner or ServiceNow Product Manager
  
• Hands-on experience with Service Graph integrations and CMDB
  
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and data governance best practices
  
• Understanding of Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules
  
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies in a delivery transformation context
  
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
