Are you a seasoned sales professional with a knack for building rapport and closing deals? QRS GLOBAL LTD CO is seeking a motivated and experienced Closer to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you'll engage with pre-qualified, warm leads, guiding them through the sales process to secure vital life and health insurance policies.

Role Overview

As an Experienced Insurance Closer, you will be instrumental in driving sales success by leveraging your consultative selling skills. You will manage the end-to-end closing process for leads that have already been qualified, focusing on demonstrating the value of our insurance products and addressing client needs. This position is designed for individuals who excel in a structured sales environment and are driven by achieving ambitious targets.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on conducting virtual appointments, where you will:

• Engage with pre-qualified leads through phone and video calls.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements.
• Clearly articulate the benefits and features of our life and health insurance products.
• Effectively handle objections and address any client concerns with confidence.
• Guide prospects through the application and closing process.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to overall team success.

Compensation & Benefits

This role offers a competitive compensation structure with a base salary plus commission. You can expect to earn between $3,200 and $6,500 USD monthly, with significant earning potential tied to your performance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid Life and Health Insurance license - must be licensed in at least 10 states!
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• To be 18 years of age or older.
• Proven experience in a closing role, ideally within the insurance industry.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely across phone, video, and email.
• A strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients remotely.
• Proficiency in managing a sales pipeline from initial engagement through to closing.
• Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time position performed in-office.
