We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Manager to oversee all aspects of school transportation operations at a reputable educational institution in Hyderabad. With 5–10 years of experience in school transport operations, this individual will play a pivotal role in enhancing the reliability and professionalism of our transportation services, contributing directly to the overall student experience and institutional reputation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and continuously optimize school transport routes to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs while minimizing travel time and fuel consumption.
  
• Supervise and coordinate a team of drivers and transport supervisors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, punctuality, and professional conduct.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle maintenance, driver logs, student attendance, route changes, and incident reports.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Education Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  
• 5–10 years of proven experience in school transport operations, with a strong track record in route planning and optimization.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with staff, parents, and school officials.
