- Board: BC in Nurse Anesthesia (NBCRNA)
- Licenses: Active Ohio License or willingness to obtain; CRNA certification
- Certifications: NBCRNA, AANA, BLS, PALS
- Experience: New grads welcome; pediatric experience preferred
- Other Qualifications: BSN, graduation from accredited AANA program, strong communication, customer service, basic computer skills, manual dexterity
- Develop and implement anesthesia care plans for neonatal and pediatric patients.
- Perform pre-operative assessments and formulate anesthesia plans.
- Administer anesthesia induction, maintenance, and emergence.
- Collaborate with pediatric anesthesiologists and surgical teams.
- Provide advanced clinical expertise and critical thinking in patient care.
