1. VOICE PROCESS

Handle international customer calls
Resolve customer queries and concerns
Provide professional and effective customer support
Strong English communication and customer-handling skills required

2. CHAT PROCESS

Handle customer queries through chat
Manage multiple customer conversations efficiently
Resolve issues while maintaining quality standards
Strong written English and typing skills required

Required Skills

Minimum 1 year International Customer Support experience
Good communication skills
