Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Your daily activities will revolve around proactive, in-person engagement. You'll be responsible for:

• Approaching potential customers in designated territories to introduce Emerald Energy Solutions.
• Clearly and enthusiastically explaining our services and identifying customer needs.
• Asking qualifying questions to determine genuine interest and suitability.
• Skillfully scheduling follow-up appointments for our sales closers.
• Maintaining accurate records of interactions and appointments set.
• Working independently and managing your daily schedule to maximize outreach.

• A personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• To be 18 years of age or older.
• A reliable mobile device with cellular data.
• The ability to communicate effectively and build rapport quickly with a diverse range of people.
• Resilience and a positive attitude when facing rejection.
• A self-driven approach to managing your daily activities and achieving targets.

Compensation

This role offers significant earning potential, with compensation structured around performance. Successful Appointment Setters can expect to earn between $75,000 and $150,000 annually, reflecting the direct impact of your efforts.

Work Arrangement

This position requires travel within your assigned territory.
