Role Overview

We are looking for an experiencedPower Platform Engineerwith strong hands-on expertise inMicrosoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable business solutions and automated workflows.

The role involves building automation solutions for business processes includingLoans, KYC, AML workflows, approvals, validations, and operational handoffs, along with configuring AI-powered agents usingMicrosoft Copilot Studio.

Key Responsibilities

Power Platform Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions usingMicrosoft Power Platform.

• DevelopCanvas Apps and Model-Driven Appsto support business operations and process digitization.

• Build reusable components, connectors, and integrations within the Power Platform ecosystem.

• Configure and manage Dataverse-based solutions.

• Implement solutions in line with security, governance, compliance, and enterprise standards.

Power Automate Workflow Development

• Design and implementPower Automate flowsfor end-to-end business process automation.

• Develop workflow orchestration forLoans, KYC, AML reviews, approvals, validations, and operational handoffs.

• Integrate Power Automate workflows with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and Microsoft 365 services.

• Develop automated approval and notification workflows.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability.

Copilot Studio

• Configure and developCopilot Studio agentsfor business use cases.

• Design conversational experiences, topics, actions, and agent workflows using Copilot Studio.

• Integrate Copilot Studio agents with Power Automate, APIs, Dataverse, and enterprise systems.

• Apply appropriate security and governance controls to Copilot solutions.

Integration & Solution Delivery

• Develop integrations usingAPIs, connectors, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise platforms.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Power Platform solutions.

• Troubleshoot application, workflow, integration, and automation issues.

• Support deployment, testing, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of Power Platform solutions.

Mandatory Skills

• 7–10 years of overall IT experience.

• Strong hands-on experience withMicrosoft Power Platform.

• Strong experience inPower Apps – Canvas Apps and/or Model-Driven Apps.

• Strong hands-on experience inPower Automateand workflow development.

• Hands-on experience withCopilot Studioand agent configuration.

• Experience withMicrosoft Dataverse.

• Experience developing integrations usingAPIs, connectors, and Microsoft 365 services.

• Experience with workflow automation, approvals, validations, and business process orchestration.

• Strong understanding ofsecurity, governance, and compliancewithin the Power Platform ecosystem.

• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience inbanking or financial services.

• Experience working withLoans, KYC, AML, or Financial Crime Compliance workflows.

• Experience integrating Power Platform with enterprise applications and databases.

• Experience with enterprise-scale Power Platform implementations and governance.

• Understanding ofALM, deployment, environment management, and solution packaging.
