Overview

Maxed Out is hiring motivated, results-driven Insurance Sales Agents to join our high-performance inside sales team. This is a 100% remote, phone-based sales role. You'll talk with prospects, build interest, and turn opportunities into qualified appointments or sales.

This role is a great fit if you do well in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting, enjoy talking with people, and want a clear path to higher earnings and career growth, all from home.

Location Requirements

This is a fully virtual position open to candidates living in the United States, except the following states and territories:
Alaska, California, Hawaii, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

What You'll Do

Outbound & Inbound Sales Activity

• Make high-volume outbound calls to leads Maxed Out provides
• Answer inbound inquiries quickly and professionally
• Engage prospects, build rapport, and create interest in our products and services

Lead Qualification & Conversion

• Qualify prospects against set criteria
• Explain value, benefits, and next steps clearly
• Set appointments or close sales, depending on the campaign

Pipeline & Performance Management

• Track your daily calls, contacts, and conversions
• Meet or beat your KPIs and sales targets consistently
• Follow up with leads to raise conversion rates

What We're Looking For

Preferred Experience

• Inside sales or customer service experience
• Experience working remotely is a plus
