A prominent UAE real estate group managing a diverse portfolio of premium commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties

Job Description:

§ Lead all operational, leasing, tenant relations, facilities management, and administrative functions for a premium Grade A commercial property within DIFC.

§ Oversee leasing performance, occupancy management, contractor supervision, maintenance operations, and service delivery standards.

§ Ensure full compliance with DIFC regulations, UAE Free Zone requirements, property management policies, and operational best practices.

§ Manage budgets, contracts, procurement activities, stakeholder relationships, and initiatives that enhance tenant satisfaction and asset value.

Qualifications:

§ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Engineering, or related field with minimum 10 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Property Management, Leasing, and Building Operations.

§ Proven experience managing Grade A commercial towers, office buildings, business centers, or mixed-use developments within DIFC.

§ Hands-on experience using the DIFC Leasing Portal along with strong knowledge of DIFC regulations, Free Zone operations, and commercial property compliance with experience in handling leasing, tenant management, facilities management, and contractor performance.

§ Strong financial management experience including budgeting, procurement, contracts, and service charges.
