Outbound Sales Officer

We are looking for a Sales Officer to generate leads through outbound calls, follow up with customers, manage sales activities, and achieve sales targets. The role also involves maintaining customer records, coordinating with internal teams, and preparing regular sales reports.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers effectively.
• Handle overall sales file with coordinating different departments.
• Maintain and update customer database.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for support.
• Provide regular reports on outreach and performance.

• Bachelor's in Tourism with more than 2 year of prioritized Outbound experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
