• Call existing/inactive agents from the database • Understand why they have stopped doing business • Re-engage and motivate them to restart • Explain current business opportunities, products & support available • Follow up regularly and convert inactive agents into active business partners • Maintain proper call and follow-up records

Experience: Telecalling / Telesales / Insurance preferred
