RUDDY INSURANCE SERVICES INC, a Farmers Insurance agency, is looking for a motivated Experienced Insurance Agent to join our team.
In this role, you'll work directly with customers, understand their insurance needs, recommend appropriate Property & Casualty coverage, and guide them through the process from initial conversation to completed application.

What You'll Do

As an Experienced Insurance Agent, you'll:

• Meet with customers and learn about their insurance needs.

• Build strong relationships and provide a welcoming customer experience.

• Explain Property & Casualty insurance products, coverage options, and benefits in a clear and easy-to-understand way.

• Ask thoughtful questions to understand each customer's situation and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation through closing.

• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain an organized sales pipeline.

• Prepare and process insurance applications and required documentation accurately.

• Answer customer questions and address concerns professionally.

• Stay current on insurance products, coverage options, and industry updates.

• Work with your team to share ideas, support customers, and contribute to a positive work environment.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is confident, motivated, customer-focused, and ready to put their insurance experience to work.

You'll be a strong fit if you have:

• A valid Property & Casualty Insurance license.

• Previous insurance sales experience.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• The ability to confidently explain insurance products and coverage options.

• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.

• A self-motivated approach to achieving sales goals.

• A professional and customer-focused attitude.

• The ability to manage the sales process from start to finish.

Additional Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Reliable personal transportation required.

• Mobile device with cellular data required.

Compensation

Expected annual earnings: 70,000–120,000

This is a commission-only opportunity, with earnings based on individual sales performance.
