Project Handing over Lead

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Handing Over Lead to oversee the successful completion and transfer of railway construction projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will coordinate final inspections, documentation, and client engagements to ensure smooth project transitions and client satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the entire project handover process to clients and stakeholders. - Coordinate with construction, engineering, quality, and safety teams to ensure all deliverables are complete and compliant. - Prepare and review handover documentation including reports, certifications, manuals, and as-built drawings. - Conduct final inspections, address punch-list items, and verify that all project requirements have been met. - Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and resolution of issues. - Ensure all regulatory, safety, and quality standards are adhered to during the handover phase. - Develop and implement handover procedures and best practices to optimize the transition process. - Provide training and guidance to team members regarding handover requirements and standards. - Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - Proven experience in project handover or construction project management, preferably in railway or infrastructure projects. - Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in the UAE. - Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders. - Ability to analyze and resolve issues swiftly and effectively. - Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. - Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus. - Willingness to work in Abu Dhabi and travel as required.
