We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Collection Manager with a background in the software or SaaS industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing annual software license renewals, subscription collections, AMC payments, outstanding receivables, and customer payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage collections for annual software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, AMC renewals, and other recurring revenue contracts.
  
• Monitor customer payment schedules, outstanding invoices, overdue accounts, and ageing reports.
  
• Proactively follow up with customers through calls, emails, and written communication to ensure timely payments.
  
• Coordinate with sales, customer success, implementation, and finance teams to resolve payment-related issues.
  
• Track upcoming license renewals and subscription due dates to minimize revenue leakage.
  
• Prepare regular collection reports, payment forecasts, and outstanding receivables reports for management.
  
• Handle payment disputes, billing queries, and escalations professionally.
  
• Maintain accurate collection records, customer commitments, and follow-up schedules in the CRM or ERP system.
  
• Develop effective collection strategies to reduce overdue payments and improve collection efficiency.
  
• Ensure timely closure of outstanding accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or payment recovery.
Prior experience in the software, IT services, SaaS, or technology industry is mandatory.
Experience handling annual software license fees, subscription renewals, AMC payments, or recurring billing is highly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation, follow-up, and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to handle difficult payment conversations professionally and achieve collection targets.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and CRM/ERP systems.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
Ability to work independently, prioritize overdue accounts, and meet monthly collection targets.
