Just Do It Pros is expanding our residential energy sales team and looking for motivated, outgoing people who want to learn sales, earn based on performance, and build a real career.

This is an in-person, door-to-door field sales position. You'll work directly in local communities, speaking with homeowners and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training at $20/hour, ongoing coaching, and continued development designed to turn motivated entry-level candidates into skilled sales professionals.

Compensation & Career Growth

Following training, this is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.

- $75,000–$200,000 annual earning opportunity based on performance

Paid Training & Ongoing Development

You don't need to know how to sell solar before you arrive. We'll teach you.

Your initial training is paid at $20/hour, followed by ongoing coaching and development as you progress.

You'll receive training in:

• Door-to-door prospecting and approach
• Face-to-face communication
• Customer engagement and needs discovery
• Solar and residential energy fundamentals
• Customer qualification
• Objection handling
• Appointment setting and follow-up
• Sales fundamentals and communication
• CRM and pipeline management
• Personal accountability and performance habits

And your development doesn't stop when training ends.

As you demonstrate performance and advance, you'll have opportunities to develop additional skills in closing, recruiting, team building, leadership, coaching, and performance management.

What You'll Do

• Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned residential areas
• Approach and speak directly with homeowners
• Introduce available residential energy solutions
• Identify needs and qualify potential customers
• Schedule appointments for experienced sales representatives
• Follow up with prospective customers
• Accurately track leads, activity, and appointments
• Maintain consistent daily field activity
• Represent Just Do It Pros professionally in the community

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are confident, competitive, coachable, reliable, and self-motivated.

You should be comfortable approaching new people, knocking doors, working independently, being measured by your results, and hearing "no" without losing momentum.

Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required.

What You Should Know

This is door-to-door field sales—not a desk job or guaranteed-salary position.

You'll approach homeowners at their homes, initiate conversations, encounter rejection, and be expected to remain consistent.

• 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Smartphone with active cellular data
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to work consistently in an in-person, door-to-door environment
