Netskope Security Engineer

Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Security Engineer to lead the administration and optimization of the Netskope Security Cloud ecosystem. In this strategic position, you will configure and maintain essential security layers, encompassing Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA/Private Access). The successful candidate will craft and enforce cloud security policies that address specific organizational requirements, proactively track cloud traffic for irregularities, and spearhead investigations into policy violations and security incidents. Furthermore, this role demands seamless interoperability between the Netskope environment and primary Identity Providers, such as Azure AD (Entra ID) and Okta, to establish robust identity-centric security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operational management and configuration of the Netskope Security Cloud infrastructure.
  
• Deploy and sustain core security modules, including SWG, CASB, DLP, and ZTNA/Private Access solutions.
  
• Design and execute comprehensive cloud security strategies that align with business goals and risk appetite.
  
• Continuously analyze cloud traffic flows to identify potential threats and verify adherence to established policies.
  
• Direct inquiries regarding policy breaches and lead incident response efforts for security events.
  
• Build and maintain robust integrations between Netskope and identity management platforms like Azure AD and Okta.

• Demonstrated expertise (6–8 years) in cloud security, with a specific focus on Netskope technologies.
  
• Advanced proficiency in configuring and managing Secure Web Gateways, CASBs, DLP, and Zero Trust architectures.
  
• Strong track record in formulating cloud security strategies and policies for large-scale enterprise environments.
  
• Skilled in monitoring cloud traffic and interpreting security logs to facilitate effective incident detection.
  
• Practical experience integrating security solutions with identity providers, including Azure AD and Okta.
  
• Availability to work within a hybrid model based in the Bangalore location.
