Hiley Auto Group is seeking a Service Manager.  We are expanding and need top talent to build out our management team!  You will be joining a dealership with a talented team, a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed, and a fantastic community reputation.  Expected compensation $120,000 to $150,000 per year with our pay plans.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous automotive service management experience is REQUIRED for this position.  Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of high customer satisfaction.  We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work hands on with Service Advisors to assist customers.
  
• Manage shop work flow for technician efficiency.
  
• Manage Fixed Right the First Time program, including road testing completed vehicles.
  
• Report to executive management on forecast results, effective labor rate, and growth opportunities.
  
• Foster relationships with other departments to coordinate parts needs, and sales inventory reconditioning.
• Follow OSHA guidelines for workplace safety.
  
• Complete training for certification as assigned by management.
  
• Other duties as assigned by management.
