Construction Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. - Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and construction staff to ensure work quality and productivity. - Manage budgets, schedules, and project timelines to meet targets. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve project-related issues. - Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management and clients. - Identify and mitigate risks to prevent project delays or cost overruns.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry. - Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and safety standards. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Familiarity with project management software and tools. - Understanding of UAE construction regulations and standards.
