Full Stack Developer (React & .Net)

Job Purpose 

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET, React, and TypeScript to build scalable, high-performance digital solutions. The role covers the full development lifecycle, from solution design and development to integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance. 

You will work closely with developers, designers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, maintainable, and user-focused solutions. 

What You'll Do 

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web API. 

• Build responsive, high-performance UIs using React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS. 

• Develop and integrate REST APIs, third-party services, and external systems. 

• Work across frontend and backend layers to deliver end-to-end features. 

• Work with relational databases and data-driven applications. 

• Participate in solution design, code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend, backend, and production issues. 

• Maintain Git, CI/CD pipelines, and multi-environment deployments. 

• Ensure solutions meet standards for performance, security, scalability, accessibility, and maintainability. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance to junior/mid-level developers when required. 

What We're Looking For 

• 4+ years of professional software development experience for Mid Level. 

• 6+ years of professional software development experience for Senior Level. 

• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web API. 

• Strong experience with React and TypeScript. 

• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, REST APIs, and relational databases. 

• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and modern deployment practices. 

• Understanding of frontend/backend architecture, API integration, state management, and performance optimization. 

• Experience with cloud platforms is an advantage. 

• Experience with Optimizely, Umbraco, or similar CMS platforms is an advantage. 

• Strong problem-solving, communication, ownership, and stakeholder collaboration skills. 

• Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment with working proficiency in English. 

Work Schedule 

• 8 hours/day, 5 days/week 

• Rotational shifts: Morning, Day, or Night 

• Flexibility to work across all rotational shifts is required.
