Job Description: Wedding Sales Manager (5-Star Resort)

Location: Kalkaji, New Delhi (Travel to Nainital as required)
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month (Based on experience & last drawn salary)

Role Summary

A luxury 5-star resort is seeking a dynamic Wedding Sales Manager to drive wedding and event sales. The candidate should have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle high-end clients while promoting destination weddings at the resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage wedding and event sales leads
  
• Conduct client meetings and property presentations
  
• Coordinate site visits and wedding show rounds at the resort
  
• Develop customized wedding packages and proposals
  
• Maintain relationships with clients, planners, and vendors
  
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
  
• Coordinate with operations team for seamless event execution
  
• Stay updated with the market trends and competitor offerings
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality / wedding sales preferred
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills
  
• Well-groomed personality with client-facing experience
  
• Understanding of luxury wedding market
  
• Willingness to travel to Nainital
  
• Based in Delhi NCR (Preferred)
