Job Summary
We are looking for an Electrical Estimation & Costing Engineer responsible for preparing accurate estimates, BOQs, costing, and technical proposals for electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical projects.
  

• Prepare BOQs covering electrical materials, cables, switchgear, lighting, and allied items.
  

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  

• Calculate material, labour, equipment, and installation costs.
  

• Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and suppliers.
  

• Maintain updated material and market pricing information.
  

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for tenders.
  

• Coordinate with project and business development teams.
  

• Support pre-bid meetings and site visits.
  

• Track actual project costs against estimated costs.
  

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in electrical estimation and costing.
  

• Good knowledge of electrical materials and systems.
  

• Experience in BOQ/BOM preparation and pricing.
  

• Knowledge of electrical drawings and specifications.
  

• Good understanding of Bangalore electrical market/vendor pricing is preferred.
  

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
