Location: Pune

Role: Customer Service & Collections

Freshers: Up to ₹25,000 Take Home

Experienced: Up to ₹45,000 Take Home

Incentives: Performance-based

Shift: 24/7 Rotational | 9 Hours

Week Offs: 2 Rotational Offs between Monday to Friday

Saturday & Sunday: Fixed Working Days

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills to join our OCH – Healthcare Customer Service & Collections process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve queries effectively
• Manage healthcare-related customer service and collections activities
• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers
• Follow process guidelines and maintain service quality
• Handle payment/collection-related conversations professionally
• Meet assigned performance and quality targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Customer service, collections, BPO, healthcare or related experience is an advantage
• Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts
• Willingness to work fixed Saturdays and Sundays
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
