A leading Abu Dhabi-based smart agriculture and farm infrastructure company specializing in large-scale agricultural project development across the region.

Job Description:

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), tender evaluations, and project cost reports for infrastructure and civil engineering projects.
Manage contract administration, including variations, claims, valuations, final accounts, and ensure compliance with FIDIC principles and contractual requirements.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures while implementing effective cost control measures and supporting accurate cost forecasting.
Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure accurate quantity measurements, commercial reporting, and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of Quantity Surveying experience in infrastructure, utilities, civil engineering, or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, BOQ preparation, tendering, cost estimation, contract administration, variations, claims, valuations, final accounts, and cost control.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying/commercial management software.
UAE experience in infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage, pipelines, irrigation, and utilities, is highly preferred; immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to one month are preferred.
