PROJECT MANAGER – ORACLE TRANSFORMATION

Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead critical Oracle Transformation initiatives within the IT Services sector. This pivotal role demands a strategic leader capable of overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex financial system migrations, specifically focusing on Oracle Cloud Financials and HFM. The successful candidate will serve as the primary architect for project governance, ensuring that all transformation efforts align with organizational goals, adhere to strict budgetary constraints, and deliver measurable business value. This position is essential for driving digital modernization and optimizing financial operations through advanced cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute comprehensive project plans, including detailed budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management to ensure on-time delivery.
  
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks while maintaining proactive communication with all key stakeholders to manage expectations and secure buy-in.
  
• Oversee vendor relationships and internal resource teams to optimize performance, ensure contract compliance, and manage third-party deliverables effectively.
  
• Establish and enforce robust project governance frameworks, including regular scheduling reviews, status reporting, and adherence to organizational standards.
  
• Direct all aspects of project management methodologies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and specific transformation requirements.
  
• Lead the technical implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud Financials, ensuring seamless integration and functional accuracy.
  
• Manage the deployment and optimization of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) solutions to support advanced financial reporting and consolidation needs.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Possess 12 to 15 years of professional experience in project management, preferably within the IT Services domain.
  
• Demonstrate proven expertise in project planning, budget control, and financial management.
  
• Exhibit strong capabilities in risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution.
  
• Show a track record of managing vendors, negotiating contracts, and leading cross-functional resource teams.
  
• Possess deep knowledge of project governance structures, scheduling tools, and lifecycle management.
  
• Have hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials and the HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) ecosystem.
  
• Hold a competitive salary expectation within the range of ₹22 - 26 LPA.
