Technical Leadership

• Lead a team of software engineers and provide technical direction, guidance, and mentoring.
  
• Own technical design and architecture decisions for applications and services.
  
• Conduct design and code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
  
• Define coding standards, development practices, and technical guidelines.
  
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and areas for improvement.
  
• Participate in estimation, planning, sprint ceremonies, and technical discussions.
  

Software Development

• Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications using Python.
  
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
  
• Design modular, reusable, and testable software components.
  
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide effective solutions.
  
• Perform performance optimization, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
  

Database & Data Technologies

• Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
  
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Redis is desirable.
  
• Design efficient database schemas, queries, indexes, and data-access layers.
  
• Understand caching, transaction management, and database performance optimization.
