Luxury Client Advisor (Timepieces)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the boutique to the highest standards at all times.
• Interact with customers in a professional manner, leveraging in-depth knowledge of luxury watches.
• Demonstrate unique features and craftsmanship of various brands and models.
• Understand customer preferences to make personalized recommendations.
• Guide customers through the complete sales process, including after-sales support.
• Build and nurture a strong client base by fostering long-term relationships.
• Stay informed about current trends and developments in the luxury watch and jewelry industry.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and surpass targets.

Requirements:

• At least 2 year of experience in retail sales, preferably within a luxury environment.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
