Inspector – Machined Parts – $25–$35/hr – Full‑Time

Join a highly respected aerospace manufacturing team in Fullerton, CA. We’re looking for an experienced Machined Parts Inspector who can support AS9100 quality standards, collaborate closely with program managers, and ensure every part meets customer and regulatory requirements. Most of the staff speak Vietnemese, but as long as you are willing to work with a translator, they don't expect someone to speak the language.

What You’ll Do:

Support AS9100 quality procedures and continuous improvement initiatives

Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work area

Generate accurate inspection reports and documentation

Perform detailed mechanical and visual inspections on machined products

Present product and data packages to customer source inspectors

Partner with program managers to coordinate inspection activities

Complete additional duties as assigned to support production and quality goals

Requirements

What You Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent experience

5+ years inspecting machined parts

5+ years using precision inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)

5+ years working directly with customer source inspectors

Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills

Solid understanding of customer specifications and requirements

Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and production staff (with the help of translator)

Compensation

$25–$35 per hour DOE Full‑time, hourly position with long‑term stability and growth potential.
