Requirements

• The candidate should have 7 years of total IT experience, including 4+ years of relevant ServiceNow testing experience.
  
• Validate ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, workflows, and integrations across ITSM and related modules.
  
• Design, develop, and execute test cases for ServiceNow applications, workflows, and enhancements.
  
• Test ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and CMDB.
  
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and automation testing.
  
• Use ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and API testing tools to validate application functionality and integrations.
  
• Validate Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Access Control Lists (ACLs), Flow Designer, and Workflows.
  
• Identify, document, track, and troubleshoot defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
  
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and functional teams to ensure quality delivery.
  
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and ITSM processes.
  
• Hands-on experience with ATF, API testing, integration testing, and test automation.
