Position Overview

belif is looking for a Skincare Education Sales Specialist to drive sales growth and expand the brand's presence across Sephora, Ulta Beauty, and Macy's stores in New York City and New Jersey.

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, skincare or beauty product education, staff training, and customer-facing product demonstrations. This person will work directly with store associates to improve product knowledge, strengthen selling skills, and increase sales performance.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth: Monitor sales performance across Sephora, Ulta Beauty, and Macy's locations and identify opportunities to increase sales.
  

• Train Store Associates: Educate retail staff on belif skincare products, product benefits, and effective selling techniques.
  

• Conduct Product Demonstrations: Deliver customer-facing product demos, organize in-store events, and support promotional activities.
  

• Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with store managers, retail associates, and brand representatives.
  

• Improve Store Performance: Coach associates on customer service, product recommendations, and sales techniques.
  

• Expand Brand Presence: Identify opportunities to grow belif's visibility, customer base, and retail sales within the territory.
  

• Track Sales and Performance: Maintain accurate daily, monthly, and seasonal sales reports and monitor progress against sales goals.
  

• Stay Informed on Market Trends: Understand retail trends, customer preferences, and factors influencing sales performance.
  

• Support Events and Promotions: Prepare materials and coordinate in-store activities to maximize sales impact.

• Experience in retail sales  of skincare, beauty, or cosmetics.
  

• Experience training retail staff and delivering product education or demonstrations.
  

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  

• Ability to coach store associates and influence sales performance.
  

• Comfortable traveling regularly between retail locations across New York City and New Jersey.
  

• Must have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  

• Ability to work independently and manage a field-based territory.
  

Travel and Reimbursement

• This is a field-based position with no fixed office location.
  

• The candidate will visit retail stores throughout New York City and New Jersey, ideally within a 50-mile radius of Manhattan.
  

• One-way mileage from home to the store and parking expenses for store visits will be reimbursed, subject to the applicable reimbursement policy.
  

Compensation

$30 per hour, plus eligible mileage and parking reimbursement.
